I took the kids to my classroom the other day to get "in the mood" for teaching this year. This will be the hardest year for me. I'll be leaving my 2 babies. Although, I am leaving them with my great friend Christy, so that helps.
Anyway, here are a few pictures of my room. The murals were done by Ken Prall. His wife was the first grade teacher before me. They are distracting to the kids for about the first week and then they just become part of the personality of the class.
