I guess it's tradition to have our children's first birthday's at the Phoenix Zoo (this is it though). Thank you to all of our friends and family who were there to help celebrate. It was great to see you all. Peyton thanks you too for all of your presents.
And thank you Barbara and Morris for Maddy's horse. How thoughtful!
After the party was done, we were also able to treat everyone to Zoo Lights. Some of our friends had never been. I hope you all had a great evening. I know once we got to the main part of the zoo, we all went our own ways.

We had a fun time seeing everyone again. I love events that keep bringing back the same people each year...you get to "see" time pass:) It was great to see your mom again and meet your dad. What nice people. The lights were wonderful to get to see...how long have we lived here and that was our first time...yikes!
So thanks for a wonderful time..only one thing would have made it a better time for us...if the Condies were able to come too. Next time...wink wink
