Disneyland was beautiful all decked out for the holidays. We were standing at Sleeping Beauty's castle our last night wondering what was going on, when they mentioned they were lighting the castle. Perfect timing! Matt's investment in the new lens paid off.
We also got a special visit from my best friend, Jen and her husband Joe. They came by our hotel Christmas Eve to visit. We ordered room service so the kids could run around and we could get a real chance to visit with each other.

There is nothing better that warms the heart on a cold, first night in Kandahar than seeing these photos. I miss you guys so much. Im glad you all had a good time.

I love the shots of the castle! Great lens action there. I thought about you all while we played in Fl. Let's get the kiddos together and do something fun. Maybe we will just have to hook up with you all at Disneyland and truly make it the happiest place on earth. Wishing you and your loved ones a healthy and safe new year.
