I thought I was done with leadership roles. That was what college was for (VP-PR and VP-Membership of Kappa Delta Sorority, President of the Albion College Players and Theta Alpha Phi, Sleight Leadership Program, etc.).
Nope - thanks to my Matt Moo, I am now the secretary of the Fincher Creek Home Owners Association. He nominated me for the board and since there are only 4 board members, I was bound to get 1 position. I guess I would have been hurt if I didn't get any position.
We have been in our development since it opened almost 4 years ago. It's time we got more involved so giving up 1 Wednesday night every other month, reading a few emails, and keeping a closer eye on things will be ok.
Oh, there was my stint on the Gilbert Arts Advisory board until I had Maddy . . .
